I am ecstatic with the quality/outcome of my new home! I feel incredibly fortunate to have found and worked with the Davis’. People say building a home can be stressful but my experience proved to be the opposite. It was enjoyable and I attribute that to the Davis Team. They are a family business that extends beyond profit. They genuinely want to make people happy. They treat you like an individual and use their experience and competence to guide you along the way. Coupled with being well-organized, they execute with excellence. There are no surprises. Their communication and responsiveness are refreshing. It’s rare to have such a lovely customer experience nowadays. The Davis’ do it right!

I felt like part of the family. With that came the most important element – TRUST! Building a home is a large investment and commitment. Working with such trustworthy people makes all the difference in one’s journey.

We purchased our retirement home primarily after our interaction with the Davis team. We knew nothing about the area but loved the feel of the home and the welcoming manner of the team. We had a few bumps selling our home and needed to extend then needed to close quicker. Throughout the Davis family took care of us. On closing the family was there and walked us through the home. They have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Alex for your design choices and quick answers on any questions. Thank you Deb and Dave for your friendship and guidance . Thank you Ben for everything including running over with towels when I needed you. (LOL). You are truly a credit to the home building profession as are your family. As everyone in our new community seems to be immigrating from the GTA, it already feels like home. Highly recommend

Just took possession of our first home, built by Ben and his awesome team! We are thrilled with the result, and were treated extremely well throughout the process. We were nervous at first selecting our builder, and had high expectations.....well we were worried for nothing, because these guys exceeded our expectations in every way. They were always available, completely dependable, patient and professional. Our house was completed on schedule and is even better than we expected. If you're planning to build give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed!
