Elden is super nice, very astute and clearly knows what he's doing. He articulated very well every concern he had and his 20+ years of experience clearly showed. I was hesitant at first to call him because of the 2 bad reviews but my wife eventually convinced me to go with him. We could not have been happier with his work...he literally saved us from purchasing a house that we loved but would have cost us over $20,000 to fix.

As for the bad reviews that come from two different people, it almost seems like it's the same person writing a different review. I'm not sure what the real story is, maybe he missed something he shouldn't have but in the end he was did a great job for us and I would most definitely recommend him. Don't let those reviews scare you...

Elden was able to help us out in a pinch (unexpected shortened conditional period) and provided us with a great home inspection experience. we met Eldon today for the first time. I was in a bind and he made it a point of bailing me out on a home inspection that I was going to do myself. He showed up on time introduced himself and right off the bat I like his friendly courteous professional manner.
He explained to us in detail what he was going to do how long and than sit with us and explain to us in detail what his findings were.
He did precisely what he promised and spoke to us in detail and in away that was clear and reassuring.
He was very understanding of our follow up questions and left us feeling very secure in allowing us to make a sound decision in regards to our purchase.
He all reiterated that he was available at any time to ask questions should we have any.
