Songbird Reflexology

I've been going to Songbird for reflexology treatments since she opened in 2018. Jennifer has a velvet touch and is amazingly accurate & intuitive in her practice. I leave my appointments feeling calm, relaxed, empowered with helpful tips, and with a better awareness of my overall health. Songbird is also a genuinely BEAUTIFUL place to be - nestled into the Frankford countryside, the room is filled with natural light and the sound of birds singing outside the window. Jenn always provides a warm cup of tea and so many cozy blankets & pillows to make you feel comfortable. She has a beautiful space that truly promotes wellness inside & out! Definitely a lifetime client!

I have peripheral neuropathy. As a result of this I suffer from terrible circulation and swelling in my ankles and feet. Jenn has worked wonders with me! She has improved my circulation, the duskiness is practically gone from my feet! Prior to my treatments my feet would swell to the point that I thought they would blow up, and that is no longer happening. With each treatment they have improved immensely. Jenn is professional, kind, gentle and a genuinely lovely woman. In addition she is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements, also aiding in my recovery process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jenn to anyone.
