(May 11, 2021, 11:51 am)The 5 stars are definitely all for installers Chris and Corey otherwise there would only have been 1 star. They are very professional and did an excellent job. I also should mention the gentleman who did measuring. The office situation needs alot of work. Would recommend the installers to anyone looking for the best job.
(April 27, 2021, 4:04 pm)Make sure you have the senior installer on the job. When Blackbird installed our counter top, he was on vacation. The crew banged walls that weren't in the kitchen leaving marks that needed to be patched and repainted. Same in the kitchen itself. They cut the drywall to get the top into place. They didn't position the top properly; leaving different amounts of overhang over the lower cabinets. When we complained, the senior installer made excuses for everything. They said they would provide a credit. Haven't seen it. This over a year ago. Don't use these people.
Revised: The senior installer came out and pointed out one issue I had not noticed about the overhang. He was understanding of the situation. An improvement.
