    Dan Shaer was our real estate agent in selling our house and looking to downsize. Our house was sold in less than a week for $10,000. above the listing price.
    He helped us find a house that was totally suitable and reminded us of why we were downsizing in the first place. He helped us reach our goal in a very short time with only a couple of showings.
    I don't think anyone could go wrong dealing with Dan Shaer.
