Hamilton Landing - CLV Group

I have lived at Hamilton Landing for a few years now and have had no problems. I moved here as a single father with my 12yr old daughter, and have felt it has been a safe and decent spot to live.
Maintenance problems are fixed promptly and professionally. The apartment complex is always kept very clean and well maintained inside and out.
And, the lease agent Deborah is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and on top of things.

Very good cleaning lady, landlord and maintenance man. Had an issue with my faucet and a question about my thermostat, maintenance guy came over right away and showed me how to use both. Very great.

Very clean and well taken care of property. Nicest I've ever rented from! Staff always on site busy cleaning inside and out. Great communication with Supers and very easy going. Units are large and newly updated. If you want a classy place to rent in the area, I highly suggest hamilton landing!

If you are in the Trenton area and are looking for an apartment to rent ,CLV is amazing. I have lived here for over 5 years now & couldn’t say a bad thing about my experience here. The apartments are nice & the staff here are very friendly.

Debbie is always in the office when I need to pay rent, she is also super easy to get ahold of. The cleaning staff makes sure the apartment building is always clean & work very hard. Have also never had any problems in the event I needed something fixed. They are always on top of things.

One of the best things is that they are pet friendly and most of the tenants are also very nice.
