We received a referral to Nicole, for which we will be ever grateful. Our mother, who passed on at the end of December, was in her final months of life and choosing to spend them at home. We (her children) were doing what we could to care for her around the clock, and struggling. Nicole joined our family care team and took on three night shifts a week, in order to check on my mother and care for her as needed. Nicole was with us through the passing of my mother, and we owe her enormous gratitude. The job of coming into our elderly parents' home, and more than that into their bedroom, numerous times a night, was one that Nicole undertook with care, respect and integrity. She was entirely reliable, honest, committed, professional, observant and consistently exceeded the expectations of the job. Nicole helped out out immensely in preparing our condo for our open house. We underestimated the work involved in preparing a home for sale. Nicole came to our rescue! The place was spotless and she even helped in staging by rearranging furniture and hanging pictures. She has a finesse for organizing and cleaning, with great attention to detail. We are looking forward to having Nicole in our new home.
