They are trying to renovate the place which is good. They were painting the main hall and removed the carpets in the rooms. The cigarette odor is still very present though. We could hear the t.v from 3 rooms down, people yelling during the night and the train passes regularly day and night. The room looked cleaned (except the spider webs over the a/c unit). The beds were confortable but could use extra pillows. Keeping in mind this is a 2 star motel it wasn't all bad but probably won't be going back.
