Even just receiving the monthly blogs + seeing the social posts helps me stay focused (and I always get a good laugh along the way - laughter is after all the best medicine!) Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personal fitness / wellness coach in the Quinte area!

She helps you rise back up when you’re feeling discouraged. She easily creates a fitness plan based on your needs, goals and current fitness level. Sharing your personal struggles with someone who’s fit and cute is hard. But she honestly made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. Everyday she helps me reach my fitness goals.
