We have used Rotostatic on numerous occasions over the years. While the technician does a good job and the results are good, the last three times the technician has been late for the appointment. We booked the first appointment of the day the last two times to ensure an "on time" experience. That didn't matter as today he was an hour and a quarter late with no phone call to advise he would not be on time. Last time was the same thing, terribly late. Both times the excuse was very weak, needed gas for the van and needed cleaning product. You would think all this stuff would be looked after the night before so he was ready to go in the morning. Fool me twice...........I think we will be cleaning our carpets ourselves in future rather than go through the frustration of waiting around for him to get here.
