Normally pretty quick, Inside is nice, the staff is very pleasant and polite, the bagels are usually a hit or miss though.

Their drive through is awful slow getting orders through. Even when there's 1 or 2 cars. And half the time the drive through lady is grumpy and not friendly sounding, like she hates her job.

I would have given a 5 star review but somehow they messed my coffee up. In the servers defense it was extremely busy and somewhat loud. But they managed to put the proper order oh the lid of the coffee but not inside the cup. The person making the order just has to take an extra second to double check their work and if they accidentally made it wrong to just take the time to make it correctly. As a customer I would much prefer to wait an extra couple seconds so a server can correct their mistake.

Oh my goodness the lady behind the drive-thru was the sweetest woman. Every sentence ended in the word "sweetie" or "honey". She just made my day shine

This is the BEST tim Hortons in Trenton! Everyone that works there is so friendly and takes the time to get to know you and your order. Every time I come in, even to the drive thru, they know my voice and already know my order:) I don’t go to any other location. These people are just wonderful
