I have been a client since late 2020. The length of the sessions is perfect and professional regardless of the topic of discussion. Payment is easy, and they have adapted exceptionally well during COVID-19 with contact tracing and cleaning measures. They also allow remote counselling in the comfort of my home. I am pleased with the sessions and leave each one with methods to practice and be more mindful of my thought processes. When there are more darker days than normal from life stressors, I can count on making an appointment with my Psychotherapist to pause and reflect on what got me there and find meaningful ways to sort a way out.
