I just have to say, I normally don't ever do this, but I'm making an exception for Trinity and their amazing team and work. My family decided to open up a little restaurant, just a little thing, and we had sourced out a company to do the kitchen install for our suppression system and we were left with nothing but issues. After the work was done, at least we thought it was done, we had nothing but troubles! We had to have the fire prevention office come and sign off on our system before we code open but he said the system was done completely wrong!

We tried contacting the company that installed the system but he never returned my calls. Just took our money and left. Now I was stuck with a system that didn't work and a restaurant I couldn't open. So i asked around and someone suggested Trinity Fire. I thought I'd give them a try.

I'm so happy I did! They were able to come that week and fix all the issues with my kitchen system. Turns out the previous person didn't use the correct parts for the system and had installed several things wrong. The guys from Trinity were able to make all the changes and get me up and running in a couple weeks. They even worked with the fire prevention officer, for me, to make sure my system was correct and that I was able to open.

Great service, the office was super friendly and helped get my property looked after. The service technician was professional and respectful of my building. I love the new uniforms, makes them look stellar!

What a wonderful company to work with. I had some work done on one of my proprieties and Trinity made the whole thing quick and easy. The staff was amazing with answering all my questions, I must have called a dozen times lol. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be doing work with them again!
