(February 7, 2021, 3:07 am)I am a baker, that goes through allot of eggs. I did not think there was a difference in eggs until I tried "Spring Pasture Farm" free range eggs. I was quite surprised. I noticed how these eggs were golden yellow and tasted great. My pastry and muffins were lighter and tastier. You can for sure see the difference in the quality, taste and freshness.
