(March 5, 2018, 2:18 pm)This was the first time I tried yoga. I am not a fit, slim or younger individual but the couple running the beginner class are wonderful. They helped me find positions I could do within my limitations (some joints don't move like they used to). I am actually feeling a difference in my movements! I don't know the names of the positions but this yoga place doesn't care about that. They are open to new people, welcoming, and extremely helpful and patient. I will be recommending Creekside Yoga to everyone I know.

(February 27, 2018, 7:19 pm)Jess & Nate are great people to deal with! This yoga studio is just what Stirling needs. My wife and I have done an acro yoga session with them and a sound healing class, as well as regular drop ins. Highly recommended.
