(April 6, 2015, 1:03 pm)I have finally completed my dream of building a full-time dojo and I just love training here. We have a great space with a very traditional Japanese atmosphere. Men's and Women's change rooms. Our mat surface of 40 tatamis sits on a sprung floor. This provides maximum absorption of impact which allows us to train with high intensity without wearing our body down. Aikido is good for people of all ages. We have a childrens program 7 to 13 years old and an youth/adult program 14+.
