(November 10, 2020, 2:26 pm)So last Friday, the wife and I are going through the drive-thru and get an incorrect coffee we notice it about a half an hour down the road and turn around. So we go back through the drive-thru let them know, and to get the correct steep tea and we pulled up to the window with the mistaken tea in our hand unopened full and they took it back in to the restaurant. I think that must be an issue during these cold times but I'm not sure on their policies there. we were very shocked at this considering the current world situation. Just a warning to anyone approaching there

Tim Hortons, in general, needs to find a way to speed up the Drive-Thru as despite my willingness to wait 10 - 15 minutes, I watched at least 6 others just come in the lot and leave it (as the in-store line was out the door also discouraging them).
