If I could give 6 stars I certainly would. My family and I are currently travelling fron Montreal with a 2021 Motor home we rented. Midway through our trip there was a pretty major water leak that was causing damage to the RV and also putting a damper on our time away. After calling numerous repair places and getting no assistance I spoke with Charlene at Steve Sweets RV and although they had repair scheduled for the next 3 weeks she understood the impact this issue had on our family vacation and went out of her way to give me access to a technician the next day when I would be travelling near Trenton. When I got there they took control of the situation and solved my issue quicky while being professionnal and very friendly. I left there wanting them to charge me more than they had because I felt so appreciative but all they wanted was to know they had a satisfied customer on their hands. I wish all businesses had the same quality service. Go to Steve Sweets RV! You won't regret it!!! They saved our vacation!
