No compassion, yes my wife was 20 minutes late for her appointment from looking after me after a bad fall on the weekend that tore my tendon on my left knee.
We support buying locally and have made purchases there, my wife even had her new frames selected.
They still wouldn't see her and my wife left in tears.
Not impressed, looks like we go elsewhere now.

I would like to be the first to respond that when my wife called for an appointment today their service was exceptional and they booked her right away due to a cancellation. I believe they are sincere.
My wife was delighted. Thank you.

I have always had great service. They were especially wonderful when I broke my glasses the week before Christmas and they not only covered it under warranty, but when they discovered my frames were discontinued they replaced my glasses with an complete new set under that warranty, and had them in before the Christmas holidays started. I will never go anywhere else!
