Ferguson's estimate came in slightly higher than the competition but we liked the time they took to do a thorough evaluation before providing a quote. When contacted to answer further questions a reply was received within a day and the business owner came back to provide further clarification. They arrived on schedule. Our gas plumbing install was done the more labour intensive traditional black pipe method. Much effort was taken to minimize plumbing intrusivness. Even the utility inspector commented on the high quality workmanship. The stove installation was done quickly with no mess left behind. A minor error was corrected at no aditional charge to the home owner. We are very happy with our new stove and will go back to Ferguson for future additions.

Nate sends guys out when you need them and always gives good advice about what you really should be doing to make the most of hiring his team. His team are polite, efficient, and always friendly.
