Was there to check on the free hearing tests that they have and had my hearing done

I was very pleased with the professionalism of receptionist and the audiologist. The audiologist explained in detail the results of my test and how hearing aids would be of a benefit to me. The receptionist was very helpful with the details and requirements needed for the purchase of hearing aids.

They had me in right away,very professional ,courteous, Honest . They listened to all my questions and answered they very well.

I purchased my initial hearing aid from an out of town business. Recently they were unable to supply me with ear tips, so I went to the Goderich ListenUp office. "Ashley" was very helpful and directed me to a local supplier who had these particular ear tips available.

Because of this favorable first impression, it was natural for me to return to ListenUp when I needed two new hearing aids. "Kristen" explained every step of the hearing test, and then the result of the test itself. She was friendly and professional. I felt she understood my concerns and took the time needed to discuss my options. She suggested sources that were available to me to help defray the cost of the aids.
My hearing aids arrived within days. Kristen demonstrated their function, applications and maintenance in a clear manner.
I am delighted with this product; very comfortable and effective, well worth every penny I paid , considering how it is enhancing my every day quality of life.

Hi my hearing test was ok.But hearing aids are too expensive for my budget. the lower cost hearing aids you have are not very suitable to me. also you have no payment plan to help lower income people get your better products.
