Another good experience with the Goderich Hyundai team for my service appointment.
They were accommodating with arranging date and time; and the work was done during promised timeframe.
I feel confident they put their best effort in evaluating and performing required tasks.
They really want to help ensure customers are informed and satisfied.

Recently had some warranty work done here and had a great experience. Special mention to the service manager, Taylor who was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

I went in to rent a vehicle. I was greeted by Dorothy who went the extra mile for me. It was pleasure dealing with her.

I also saw Jon a sales agent who was very helpful in providing me information and test drive a few vehicles. I mostly appreciated the fact he was not pushy in trying to sell me a vehicle

Knowledgable sales staff. Very easy to work with. They don't pressure you to make a decision. Would definitley would buy there again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Kona from Goderich Hyundai. It was a wonderful, simple experience from start to finish. Once we knew what we wanted we were able to discuss options, set up financing and arrange for delivery all within the hour. The car was coming in from another dealership but was still ready for us to pick up 4 days later!! Big thanks to Jon and Karen and all the staff who did a great job meeting our needs even through this pandemic. No high pressure sales tactics that I’ve found to be the norm shopping in some larger cities nearby. We will definitely be back!
