This is easily the best repair shop I have ever dealt with. They went out of their way to help me with an issue I had with my tires. They even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was happy with everything still. I’ve never had a repair shop ensure their customers are happy like this!! Highly recommend. They’ve earned my business!

Wow you guys did an absolutely amazing job on that tire I didn’t even recognize it I thought you just replace the whole tire and rim I never seen it so clean looking the way it does I recommended you guys to anybody that I’ve come across that discuss vehicle repairs and such and this is just one of many perfect examples why.....you guys always have done great work , quick, efficient help out people when you’re in a bind ...you’re all very pleasant to deal with Kind hearted knowledgable, friendly, professional yet human. Just all around you deliver a quality service unmatched by ANYONE! Many businesses can learn by your standards especially this generation.. even helped me personally with oil drums and spark plugs etc..Again, ( to all of you) On a personal level AND from my company P********e, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! We started taking our vehicles to Pitlane when we moved to Goderich 11 years ago and the entire staff have been fantastic with our needs. We have an accessible vehicle for our son in a wheelchair and they've gone above and beyond to help us out to maintain it. Because it's difficult to bring our vehicle to them for this reason, they always offer to come pick up the vehicle or give us a ride home before and after our services. Sean has also rescued us from a parking lot when the battery quit, locking my son in the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Pitlane for your vehicular needs!

Our family has been using Pitlane Automotive for years with a variety of cars and for a variety of issues. The staff are always courteous, kind and accommodating in their dealing with us and what I have see of their dealing with other customers. The mechanics do good work on both the the newest and the older cars. Their advice and work are honest and they stand behind the work they do. Great value.
