I called 4 companies on a Saturday moring, for an emergency service call. I called Durand last and they were the first to respond (with in 5 mins of calling). Kevin came within the hour and was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help us in in our time of need. I Would highly suggest Durand and will be using them for all of my future calls.

Durand service was by far the best I have ever seen. We have used them twice now and can't say enough about the men and the service they produce. In a world of bad service they by far are 100 percent above all we have use recently. Thankyou for your professionalism.

My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was kept in contact regarding when and which services were coming to work on my renovation so that I could keep other trades up to date. The staff were professional, friendly and informative (and tidy). They were flexible and made suggestions since sometimes my wants outstretched reality. The work and finishing were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, just wished I had used them on other previous renovations. Thank you Durand Heating and Cooling on a job very well done.
