Jake went above and beyond swapping out my BX. Out with the old and in with the new. It was sitting and covered up in the same spot the old one was. I appreciate the attention to detail. Fantastic service from Hyde Brothers . Despite the fact they were swamped with service calls due to extreme cold weather , my recent request for help with my Kubota tractor was taken care of very quickly . In fact , at 5:45 on a bloody cold evening , Charles Broadfoot of their service department showed up and had the tractor running in short order .
My service experience is only one example of the care Hyde Brothers takes with their customers - something that is becoming harder to find in this day and age .
