Outstanding to to deal with, waiting for a trade in to come in that we were going to buy, but the guy backed out of the deal for whatever reasons, ( probably wasn’t going to buy this machine anyway, all talk ) they supplied Malika and I one to use until we purchased a newer one , so happy we ended up with the newer machine ! Hats off to you Brian for your honesty and caring about customer satisfaction !
