Had a great visit. Model homes are beautiful. Staff are very friendly, especially Tracy who answered our questions and gave us great advise on how to proceed with our future home build. Very relaxed with no pressure to buy. We will be back.

On the occasion of my three year anniversary of receiving my keys, I wanted to thank Chris Weppler (Wingham) for the outstanding service and product. Three years later I am still amazed at no nail pops and the house is as solid as the day I moved in. My Royal Home was on time, right to the day of occupancy, the workmanship and fact it never saw a day of rain during the build made a huge difference in the end product not to mention not one price change! The workmanship was that of a high end custom build, the standard options to pick from were vast and the job carried out with precision right down to the finest details like adding in an extra deep window sill on the kitchen window.
Royal Homes is not only a High End Custom product but the easiest build and most reliable and courteous group I have ever dealt with. ( I have built 6 other homes with other builders- I speak from years of experience) VALUE, WORKMANSHIP and ACCOUNTABILITY are the cornerstones of Royal Homes in my view.
