The whole service with a smile makes a huge difference! Out changing my tail light in the rain, laughs on his way in... "It was pouring this morning, this is nothing!"
It's nice to go where someone enjoys what they're doing, and is willing to take the time to actually hear your concerns, not just hook your auto up for a quick diagnostic. Booked in quickly and the job done that day, fantastic!
