Expert craftsmanship and service. This place stands apart from other jewellers in so many ways. The owners granted my wife and I tons of dedicated time and advice while we picked out our wedding bands, ensuring we had exactly what we wanted. The level of dedication from the team here has increased the sentimental value of every item that I have purchased significantly. Highly recommend!

I have shopped here for over 20 years. Friendly store. No pushy sales people. My last visit was to get a 50 year old mechanical wrist watch repaired. The price matched the estimate exactly. The watch lives again and works perfectly.
They make custom jewellery as well as pre-made. There are some nice wall clocks and other house ornaments.

I could not be more pleased with the customer service and thoughtfulness and kindness of this jeweler! I was looking for a very difficult to find Persona bead. Persona beads only range from about $40-$70 so by no means was this a huge profit for this jeweler. This jeweler doesn't even host an online web store and yet, because I was really in want of this specific bead, I e-mailed them and asked if I could possibly purchase from them and have mailed to Manitoba. To my surprise and absolute delight, they said yes! Not only were they willing to sell to me, they mailed out super quick and offered a range of ship options based on my timeline for when I wanted/needed it delivered. I really am taken aback in the best of ways that this wonderful jeweler was willing to help me out especially when it isn't like they were making much of a profit from the transaction. It is clear that customer service is their #1 priority. Wish I lived closer so I could get all my jewellery from them. Thank you again Bakelaar Jewellers (Exeter store)!! Very much appreciated.
