What a awesome experience! The way purchasing a automobile should be! From the time I organized a test drive over the phone with Ron Radar in Sales until 5 days later taking delivery. Prior to the test drive Ron took his time showing the vehicle and at the same time he worked with Aaron Bedard, the Sales Manager to give us an estimate on our trade-in. They were very fair on the trade. Shelly Campbell the Business Manager walked us through the mounds of paperwork in a very pleasant way. and set up the delivery date. I would highly recommend Rick Frayne's Exeter Toyota to anyone looking for an automobile. Thanks to Ron, Aaron and Shelly for making it truly a painless process!!

Super impressed by my first visit to the service department. Jonathan went out of his way to explain the recommended service and Toyota’s reasoning behind their recommendations. The prices are more than reasonable and I love that I was given a copy of everything that was checked. All my questions were answered with ease and it only took a couple days to get me in. Thank you!! It makes a world of difference when you have the pleasure of dealing with people who clearly enjoy their jobs.

We were really impressed by Cliff who helped us with our purchase. The RAV4 hybrid is a great vehicle and has exceptional efficiency, and its green. We were somewhat disappointed that since two family members had made previous purchases at the Toyota dealership that this didn't earn us any sort of loyalty reward or reduction in finance %. Having said that the sale was very quick and no bargaining - what you see is what you get. Why is that every dealer offers extended warranties? Shouldn't that be part of the purchase price and be standard? Shouldn't manufacturers stand behind (or in front of) their vehicles?

Fraynes Exeter Toyota was an extremely refreshing car buying experience! The hour drive was more than worth it, with a knowledgeable, friendly sales team!

I had dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past and will say Fraynes was relaxing in the sense that there was zero pressure to buy. The price listed is never the price you will pay!
