Hello my name is Jeff Cheeseman I recently did business with Miss Julia at the Fairstone location at Lindsay Ontario. Julia herself, and the staff were very welcoming and made the process of my decision very easy. Miss Julia was very professional, informative, made this process which is obviously an important decision to many, pain -free and she was absolutely nothing short of professional. Was explained all aspects of my agreement, offered many Avenues for help, information, and all-around customer service that would absolutely make me recommend any and all of my friends and family to consider doing business with not only Miss Julia but the whole group of Fairstone in Lindsay Ontario location.

I recently acquired a loan through the branch in Lindsay I can't say enough about the ladies that work there Erica, Morgan and branch manager Julie all three went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make the process as easy as possible I highly appreciated and recommend this branch I had the privilege to work with all three ladies and all three were extremely helpful, kind, and just very down to earth felt so comfortable during the process ...thank you ladies very satisfied costomer!!

Julia is amazing...friendly, understanding, and upfront. I have never once felt judged, which plays a big factor for me... Interest rates are on the high side, but they have open loans, so you can put lump sums down or pay it off early when the opportunity arises.

Great experience at the Fairstone location in Lindsay. Morgan was very thorough and efficient in explaining everything to me about my loan. Also thank you very much Julie. Great friendly and knowledgeable team !

For any issues go see Julia. She is absolutely incredible and always goes way above and beyond and definitely out of her away to make sure things are always taken care of. Staff are also incredible to work and deal with. Nothing but great and positive experiences every time.
