(June 7, 2021, 10:30 pm)If you're going to book appointments as well as take in walk ins there needs to be a process for picking the people with appointments out of the line. If I'd had known I'd be waiting in the same line as people without an appointment I wouldn't have bothered and just shown up when the office opens.
Staff was friendly and quick.
