We had a great experience with Kingsley and employees at his Fire and Ice store located in Lindsay for our living room renovation. We are very happy with the new fireplace stone wall. Pernell, Rudy and Devon were very meticulous and did a wonderful job. They were good to clean up any mess from the job and completed it in a timely manner. Would like to mention though maybe leaving a little bit more of an opening when setting stones for any wires to be hidden in the wall through the conduit. But overall, fantastic job that we will enjoy for years to come. Thank you Kingsley!

Recently completed a brand new HVAC and fireplace install. The quote and purchase process with Kingsley was effortless. I enjoyed the old school approach and honesty. The install process was equally as good as quoting and purchasing. The installers for both the fireplace and the HVAC were top notch, always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided. AC install scheduled for April and I expect another positive experience. We decided to swap out our old Oil furnace for a new Propane furnace and Fireplace. Invited Kingsley to scope out our project and give us an estimate.
Gave him a deposit within 30 minutes and it was money well placed. Dealing with the Fire or Ice Team was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Fire or Ice did an awesome job on our fireplace. Everyone we dealt with from planning to the skilled tradesmen who built it were professional and courteous. The craftsmanship and materials used are exceptional. They let us pick our materials to every detail and provided great constructive input as to the design. The work area was left clean and organized everyday when they left and they were efficient with their time. If we ever need another fireplace done, we'd gladly use them again.

We've been looking for over a year and kept coming back to Fire or Ice. Kingsley and his team are honest, knowledgeable and the prices were very competitive.
