We recently purchased lights from Light House. They have a wide, beautiful selection of lights! We were very happy with the products when they arrived. We had some trouble with shipping, and they were so quick and helpful in getting it fixed. Definitely recommend!!

I had amazing customer service with this company. I unfortunately broke the glass of our light fixture when handling it during installation, and Sarah with Lighthouse was extremely helpful! She was also great at getting in touch with shipping updates. I couldn’t say anything bad about this business!

In an era where customer service seems to have fallen by the waist side, the good people at Light House Co. do customer service right! I had an electrical defect with one of the chandeliers I ordered and not long after I called and emailed Sarah did she rectify the situation; in fact the replacement chandelier was shipped out almost immediately after I advised them of the issue. I should also mention that the chandelier was gorgeous and the shipping time was fantastic. Well done Light House Co.!

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with Light House Co and my new Razz sconces.

Aesthetically, they are things of beauty - just stunning! They frame my window seat and look so perfect. In terms of quality, my husband who installed them remarked on the superior quality of how the lights were designed and made. He's an engineer and is fussy about that type of thing. Normally he dreads the installation of fixtures, (invariably in the past, something doesn't thread quite right, or something is slightly off), but he said installation was actually easy with these lights. And finally, the customer service was outstanding - very friendly and personable!

I ordered 3 different light fixtures with various delivery dates. Once ordered I was contacted right away so they could update me on the delivery dates available to make sure I was good with lead times or if I wanted help with other options. Just received my first delivery of the Keystone pendants days earlier than expected. They are gorgeous , perfect colour, high quality and size . Cannot wait to install! Super customer experience and products . Really looking forward to getting the 4 other fixtures in the next coming months!
