Tony, our project manager, was very professional and helpful whenever we needed advice or had questions. Not being from the area, he was able to give us excellent contacts when we were looking for contractors. i.e.., tree cutting services, flooring, etc.
The project work exceeded our expectations and done in a timely manner.
We would definitely recommend Promus to anyone in the future.

We experienced extensive water damage from an ice dam on the roof. Promus arrived within 2 hours of the call to our insurer. They were thorough, polite, and always respectful of the fact that they were coming in to our home. Their counselling advice was helpful and reassuring, explaining every step of the procedure. Their workmanship was prompt and extremely professional. No one wants a damaged home but Promus made the very best of an unfortunate experience.

After my house flash froze last year Shaun and the team came in and took care of everything with a lot of positive energy. They were part excellent trades, part therapists, and made the whole experience far less painful. They did an excellent job!
