Jason Ward and his team successfully navigated a potentially messy employment separation between myself and my former employer, a major retailer this spring.

Jason and Calvin listened to me. They explained both sides' position and were not shy with their feedback when it came to deciding a course of action, the time it may take, and the associated costs vs benefits of each action. Jason did not attempt to steer my decision he just made sure I was informed on my choices, then he went to work. In the end Wards negotiated a neat and clean resolution and avoided court.

What surprised me about Wards was the up to date technology in the office. I do not live near Wards. Their tech made staying in touch and working together easy during the lockdowns of the Covid Pandemic.
