They have such excellent customer service! They were able to complete our order in Toronto while still being a very local community-focused business. They even threw in a beautiful tree for us :) Rockwood has an incredibly friendly and helpful team, we will absolutely be back for our next project!

Jean answered all of my questions at the front desk, the nursery workers helped me find my way around the well stocked nursery, Wayne loaded my truck with the beautiful tree I selected and Santosh, the owner, is truly lovely! Having just moved to the area, I’ve definitely found my go-to spot for plants!

Santosh and his team were great to work with and provided high quality trees for us. Adam was a great help in providing suggestions and knowing the field stock to ensure our needs were met. Rob delivered out of a regular time schedule and majorly helped us out. Jean was outstanding in the office and was prompt and organized to ensure all of the paperwork was looked after. We are thrilled with our experience and trees and look forward to working with the whole crew at Rockwood Nurseries again soon.

Very friendly and informative staff. They have a wide selection of trees, shrubs and plants to choose from. Very affordable and high quality products such as the trees, mulch and triple mix soil. Jeanie and everyone who works in the office is a pleasure to deal with and very prompt with service. Rob and the others that work in the field are helpful with any questions and know a great deal of information. The new owner has upgraded many things around the farm and continues to do so.
