Physio wasn't something I was expecting to do at this stage in my life, I was healthy and fit and doing everything right, life happened and I broke my leg BADLY. I was sad, scared and discouraged and in a lot of pain. Jyoti was so welcoming, comforting, understanding and patient, all while pushing me to not only gain strength and movement but confidence as well. I made a lot of progress from our sessions, learned a lot about myself and my body, and had fun all at the same time! I would sincerely recommend Bobcaygeon Physio & Rehab should you find yourself in need, you won't regret it! ~Christine
