Hi. For anyone who is looking for the most awesome, professional, sincere and caring realtors/team, look no further. Last June, in 2019, we weren’t even sure if we were going to sell our place in Bobcaygeon, or, even put it on the market. We decided to have Bryan in to get his opinion; I’d met him under different circumstance & knew he was trustworthy & an amazing person. His character is beyond reproach & I came to understand, the same can be said of his business partner Shana.
I cannot express how deeply appreciative we are for having chosen White Pine Realtors & Bryan & Shana. Selling your home & buying a new one is deeply personal, can be very stressful, & one of the important decisions people make in life. I CANNOT imagine ever having done this without Shana & Bryan!
We sold our place in July & found our new home all within a week, synchronicity in full-blown action; it was a whirlwind of activity, decision making & very stressful.
There are not enough words to express how extremely grateful we are for their professionalism, support, hand-holding at times, & their referral network of competent & professional businesses. They stood by our side through the entirety, from listing, to sale, to looking for & viewing new home possibilities, to the purchase of our new home, dealing with our bank, to using a new mortgage broker, you name it, they were there by our side.
We never felt like ‘just another client, or, like a dollar value‘; it felt as personal for them as it was for us. To say they went above & beyond the call of duty is an understatement.
If we should ever decide to move, I would never embark on that adventure without them by our side again; we feel there is no other more qualified, personal, professional, trustworthy, and outstanding realtor company out there that can match them.
We found our ‘forever home’ so if anyone wants a team that makes it as personal for them than it is for you, I wouldn’t recommend anyone except Bryan & Shana and White Pine Realty.
Our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to them withstands to this day, and in this time of uncertainty, when we need someone we can trust, these are the people who you can rely on!!!!

Talking with Shana Wilmot before I listed with them I could hear the passion that she has for what she does in her voice I was also impressed with her technical background she made me feel comfortable through a very emotion estate process.
