Absolutely the best!!! During a difficult time in having to put our dog down recently, the ENTIRE staff were sympathetic, gentle, very considerate and communicated openly during the whole process. Thank you to all of you!! And we received a condolence card in the mail signed by each staff member. This was our first dealing with them and will be our pet “go to” from now on.

Awesome staff, caring and very professional!!! The Vets and support staff quickly responded with an excellent referral when they realised our dog needed a specialist for surgery. We have also used their boarding services and it was very good.

Friendly staff. They ran out of a vaccine I went in for so I had to go back in the next day but they were very apologetic and waived my fee to make up for it. I understand things happen, it's all about how they are dealt with and they did a great job.

While vacationing in Fenelon Falls, our baby girl Molly became ill and was dehydrated. Dr. Downing and the staff were so caring and quick to take her in with no appointment. They were very compassionate and mindful of how scared she was and did everything to make her and her very worried mommy feel at ease. Not only did they help her to get on the road to recovery, but took the time to call and check up on her progress the following day and again a week later when we were back home. They forwarded all her test results to our regular vet. So very grateful for these angels. A great big thank you to Dr. Downing and the staff from Molly and her mom
