I switched towns and needed a new doctor desperately. Dr. Jacob's has ran more tests on me and discovered some underlying issues that I have had for years, but was just medicated. She's a great and thorough doctor. Much better than the one I had of 15 years. As for the comments about the receptionist? They have always been kind and very courteous towards me.

Went to Ross, lindsay's hospital, after waiting 2.5 hours we walked out. Dr. Jacobs office fit me in...it was a emergency for my son. Ross hospital should be closed. Thank u to the office staff, nurse and the wonderful Dr. Jacobs. It was a nice surprise that people do care.

I have been a registered patient of this medical clinic since it opened and have found they will meet your every need. On occasion my nurse practitioner has felt it necessary to send me to emerg. in Lindsay( a 20 minute drive) and always lets them know you are on your way. They evaluate, prescribe, order tests, refer to specialists and make certain you are looked after. It is not a walk in clinic, however they do run one on Fridays for clients and non clients alike, across the street at the drugstore.

I changed from my doctor of 15 years to Dr. Jacob. She did more for me in a few visits than my previous doctor did in 15 years. Dr. Jacob is awesome! The average wait time is maybe 10 minutes whereas as my previous doctor was at least an hour or more. So glad I switched.
