(June 11, 2020, 8:06 pm)I had called Dave Monsell about an issue with our water softener and he came out the same day. I can't say enough about Dave – he was a pleasure to deal with, professional, honest and wasn't pushy on selling product. He offered suggestions but ultimately wanted to make sure we were making the best choices for our home and our softener. Our issue was a simple one to solve – we just didn't have the appropriate hardness level set, but he resolved the problem quickly and didn't charge us for his time. He came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why! THANK YOU DAVE!!!
