(July 27, 2018, 1:05 pm)About a year ago I asked Joe Elliott to come to my office to provide kick boxing classes for my staff and I during our office lunch hour. We move the waiting room chairs out of the way, and bring out the boxing gloves! Joe is an amazing teacher, always doing something different to keep it interesting. Having fun while getting in good shape......the Holy Grail to true fitness! Joe Elliott is the real Mccoy....highly recommended.

Joe did a quick assessment and was able to tailor his coaching approach to match my fitness and skill levels, and he pushed me beyond my comfort level (sparing). If you have any interest in boxing, MMA fighting or fitness in general and are looking for a great guy to help you in your journey, try out Big Country MMA and ask for Joe" All Day" Elliott..you wont be disappointed.
