Great, friendly service, always there to help and source what you need. Large inventory and variety.

Tyler is very friendly. I had several good encounters with him. He has excellent customer service. However..while speaking with him I was interrupted with “you got an account here bud?!” from another staff member. Not many words but rude enough to rub me the wrong way. My feeling was reinforced when he caused another customer to walk out cursing him while I was returning an item because of my encounter. I run a business. You don’t need to be rude to ask a question or turn a customer down. The way you say things can make people feel respected or very disrespected. This staff member didn’t say much but he obviously disrespects customers. So basically go somewhere else if you can. Your running a gamble that your day could be thrown off by this guy. And if you must go in here. Speak with Tyler if you can! He’s the only reason this review isn’t one star.

Edit: second chance encounter wasn’t bad. Don is very direct. It can comes across unpleasant but have quick answers and you should be ok.

Hands down the most helpful place I've been to in terms of hardware in a LONG time.

We got some furniture delivered that was missing hardware, it took the staff a matter of 2 minutes to go to the back THEMSELVES, and find the right nuts/bolts/washers for me. I've never been able to so seamlessly find hardware for ANYTHING in my life lol.

Keep doing what you guys do, its something simple for me, but may not be for the next!
