(February 28, 2019, 3:44 pm)In regards to the service inside the bank, there is always an ATM down and the counter staff are very pushy with sales and trying to get you to do everything yourself on the app - I don't think it's their fault though. But I also can't come here anymore. I feel awful every time I do. There is a poor old homeless man that stations himself outside this CIBC every time I go by. He always asks me for money and scares me. I feel terrible for him, but I also worry for my safety.

(February 5, 2017, 6:02 pm)Tellers are amazing, so nice and helpful however I changed banks due to extreme service charges and cibc wouldn't help with my credit. Try home trust I've found them amazing and I got a credit card
