Don was able to see me right away. I needed a bolt drilled out of an engine block and he had it out with some work (it was a tough job and a very stubborn bolt). One of his drill bits broke and he didn’t charge me for it (which I’ve heard some shops do). He was very nice to talk to and deal with. A true gentleman and I highly recommend him. Price was right for the work I had done
