We purchased a WHIRLPOOL fridge from Zack and it was a great price 1 year old, half price of new). When we got home, I found it for $100 cheaper at another appliance store. I called Zack and he told me a cheque for the difference will arrive by mail. Less than a week later, the cheque arrived. Fantastic customer service during and after the sale

Wonderful place. Staff are polite and knowledgeable. Was very satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of thier products. Fair prices and great customer service.

Update June 16 - Zach the owner rectified the situation this morning in more ways than one. Thank you Zach for your prompt attention to this situation and fixing all of the issues.

My daughter Michelle just got screwed by Durham Appliance Lindsay. We spent 1675.00 on 4 appliances for delivery today. Called them today June 15 and they confirmed delivery today between 4 PM and 8 PM. It is now 10 PM and they never showed up with the appliances and no contact to say otherwise. My daughter has 4 young children, fridge groceries are in boxes on counter with no way to keep them cold. Who is paying for spoilage. Durham Appliance closed at 4pm Saturday and does not open until 9am Monday. No one to call to rectify this situation. Not impressed.

Great place for buying used appliances. They have a vast array of slightly used appliances within a large showroom, especially stainless steel. I bought a stainless steel fridge about 3 years old the other day. It works like a charm. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and gave me excellent customer service. I would return to Durham Appliances in the future and I highly recommend them.
