(January 3, 2019, 8:40 pm)I drive up to Lindsay from Toronto to shop here. They've been a awesome place to buy equipment since I went to school at Frost Campus in 2003.
(December 12, 2018, 9:10 pm)I recently called this place looking for a product that it turns out they do not carry and that I am having trouble locating.
The guy on the phone says, 'I am not able to sell that item but give me your number, I will look around for you.'
I fully expected to be brushed off and probably never hear back from them.
The next day he calls and says he looked around, made some calls and discovered the item I wanted was back-ordered at the Canadian supplier and that was why I was having trouble.
Excellent service considering there was no immediate expectation of a return on the effort.
