Karate Kawartha Lakes has been a wonderful experience for my son and for myself. Sensei Kris Reynolds has taught the karate classes since we first started and we found them to be the right mix of challenging and fun. The kid's class is lively and teaches respect and focus while the adult class builds on this and looks at the practicality of the techniques that are being taught. As a woman, I found the classes to improve my fitness and flexibility, and as a mom, it has allowed me to share in an activity with my son. I would highly recommend these classes for children, as well as adults.

My daughter has been at the club since she was in kindergarden and has enjoyed all the things she has been taught over the years. Also she enjoys going to tournaments with the club. There is no limit to the amount of classes she can take every month. Also she is at the point where she is passing on her training to new students coming into the club which makes her feel very proud.

Congratulations to the 3 new 1st degree Black Belts. You all were shining examples of high level karate at the grading in Hearst.
