I am happy with the service that I received, service adviser was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is why does the technician have to make changes to my seat, when I got into my truck the seat was way too straight and lower than the way l like it. Why can't they just move it forward or back and leave the rest the way it was.
2017 Buick Lacrosse seat rail seized and parts were ordered. Although it took almost a week to get the parts from GM USA it was repaired same day Lindsay Buick received the parts and they supplied a car for my use while mine was in their shop. Shannon my service advisor went above and beyond to assist me with this issue. Thanks again Shannon and Kyle (Service Technician).

Lori May was wonderful to work with. I walked in knowing what I wanted (which was going to be tough to find) and she found it! Her communication through out was outstanding, there’s also a good chance she actually wasn’t in the office when I had questions to be answered. Luke Avery looked after my Helga (2007 Hummer H3x) before he became Service Manager, and that position looks really good on him!
I recently contacted Luke regarding doing some preventive maintenance inside the transfer-case of my H3 (having to do with badly designed shifter forks courtesy of GM).
Luke was upfront with me, he explained that at this time his dealership had no technician with the expertise to tackle the job and referred me to another local shop.
THAT IS THE BEST THING ANY SHOP could ever do in such a situation; to not engage in teaching yourself the job at the customer's expense!
I can't say enough good about these folks in Lindsay.
